Many types of Handwritten forms do not easily lend themselves to automatic capture using ICR/OCR tools. ProSoft provides form processing software to capture data from standard forms such as Sales Invoice, Service Report and Survey form.

In our form processing software we have built data validation for most of the common fields. For example we built-in Check digit validation for NRIC and Postal code validation with SingPost database.
